Bank of Japan menaikkan suku bunganya dari 0.25% ke 0.50%. Yen masih meluncur turun. Banyak analis memperkirakan pada akhir tahun 2007 akan mencapai 1.25%. Ini akan menaikkan YEN cepat atau lambat. Tentu ada opportunity untuk make money. Saya pikir saham-saham properties atau REIT yang mempunyai asset residential banyak, akan bagus naiknya. Sayangnya saham-saham Jepang yang listing di US kurang liquid. Saya tidak tahu bagai mana cara beli saham Jepang yang gampang dan pasarnya liquid. Ada yang bisa menolong?? Thanks.
